The local public welcomed the gracious presence of His Excellency, the Governor of Nagaland PB Acharya at the shrine of Ima Ibema Khunthokhanbi and Lord Nganoi Ningthou on 27th April 2015 to witness the traditional Umanglai Haraoba festival of Manipur.
