Manipur State Kala Akademi Award 2011 ceremony to honour the awardees at Maharaj Chandrakriti Auditorium, Palace compound on April 15th 2014.
DK Duggal, Governor, Manipur was the Chief Guest and H Kanhailal, Padmashri, was the President.

Winners of the Akademi Awards for Literature are Prof Jodha C Sanasam (Creative Work) for his novel Mathou Kanba DNA; Prof Polem Nabachandra (Critical work) for his essay Ariba Manipuri Sahityagi Saklon; Prof Thounaojam Ratankumar (translation) for his work The Taste of Hilsa and Other stories.
The winners of Akademi Awards for Fine Arts are Robin Wahengbam (Painting with the title The Wait in Acrylic) and Ngamkholen Haokip (Sculpture with the title Traditional Tune in Bronze) .
