A poetic play - 'Santulan Ke Doot' ( Messenger of balance) written by Sanjeev Majdoor Jha and directed by Mr. Bhagawat based on Irom Chanu Sharmila was played at Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha on 13 September 2013
The play is Hindi poetic drama focusing on Irom Sharmila's representation of all women, her struggle is against the patriarchy of political and social activities of men.
