Imphal, November 16: The Rajiv Gandhi Akshya Urja Diwas was observed today at the Indoor Stadium Hall of Chandel, stated a DIPR press release.

A rally of students and officials was undertaken to inaugurate the Diwas.

The observation was graced by Sub-Divisional Officer of Chandel, G Budhchandra, as chief guest, mentioned the statement.
