Zeliangrong Students' Union, Manipur (ZSUM) has appealed for the safe release of EE Th Tomalchand and SO L Mangi of Electricity Department on humanitarian ground at the earliest, reports our Jiribam correspondent.
The Union has observed that abduction has resulted in frequent break down of power supply in different parts of Tamenglong district much to the disappointment of the public and the students in particular who are preparing for their annual examinations.
