Social worker Amrik Singh Pahwa has brought happy tidings for mobile phone users.
During an interaction with community representatives, the social worker informed that he personally met the Chief of BSNL and extracted an assurance that mobile service will be improved soon.
Pahwa also recounted the incidents in Manipur wherein a good number of subscribers had smashed their hand sets in frustration over the sloppy service of BSNL.
