Imphal, October 25 2009: District level Kut celebration of Chandel district will be held at Khulmi Ground, Molnoi area of Chandel district on November 1, according to the organising committee of the District Level Kut Committee, Chandel district.

Cultural programme and Miss Kut contest will be the main attractions of the Kut celebration.

Deputy Commissioner of Chandel, Deleep Singh, IAS, will be the Kut host of the district level Kut celebration while S Siakneilal Aimol will be the Kut Pa.

The evening session of the programme will be graced by Brig Balbir Singh as the chief guest.

Md Nazimuddin Shah will be the president while former MP Kim Gangte will be the special guest.
