Imphal, November 22: A team of eye specialists/surgeon from Guwahati conducted operation on 27 patients who are suffering from cataract during a special drive jointly conducted NPCB and GBCS, Thoubal at Kakching PHC today.

In continuation of the drive, operation would be conducted on 60 more such patients at Thoubal District Hospital tomorrow.

It is said CO of 38th Assam Rifles and Lions Family Thoubal would be extending every possible assistance for the success of the drive.
